Terms and conditions Les Cavaleries
Booking:
After your application, we will send you by email a confirmation with additional information. Your booking is final after we receive a deposit of € 25,-. By paying the deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions
Payment:
The total amount should be received by us, at least 14 days in advance of the rental period.
Tourist Tax:
Tourist Tax € 0,75 per person/per night, to be payed cash by arrival.
Cancellation:
Cancellation by email only.
Cancellation by guest:
Cancellation is free up to 14 days in advance.
In case of cancellation less then 14 days before the start of the rental period, there will be no restitution.
Cancellation by Les Cavaleries:
Incase of cancellation by Les Cavaleries because of a camality, we will refund you the payed amount.
Smoking:
No smoking is allowed inside the apartments.
Linen:
The price includes the use of linen and towels.
Wifi:
Wifi is available. However not for downloading big files. Due to bad weather, sometimes there will be no connection and no power etc. Les Cavaleries can't be hold responsable for these defects.
Disabled:
The terrain and the house is unfortunately less suited for disabled, because of the many steps and height differences.
Children:
The accomodation is less suited for children. But ofcourse they are welcome.
Animals:
Animals are not allowed in the apartments.
Liability:
Les Cavaleries is not responsable for any damage or injury gained in one of the buildings or terrain of Les Cavalaries.
Les Cavaleries is not responsable for any damage of theft of the possesions of the renter.
The renter is responsable for damaging the property of Les Cavaleries or possessions of other tenants, caused by the renter, his family or his visitors.
Arrival/Depart:
Arrival from 15.00 o clock/Check out: 11.00 o clock.
Cleaning costs:
There will be no cleaning costs. But we expect you to respect our place and leave it like you found it.
